SUNDAY: At noon, The Official Ukelele Orchestra of the Western Hemisphere Performs at the Silverlake Rec Center!

MOVIE:
The Music Box was released as a comedy short by MGM in 1932. It won the first Academy Award for Live Action Short Film. The action is simple: Laurel & Hardy try to carry a piano up a flight of stairs.
At 8:30 PM on Saturday, May 21, at the base of those very same stairs - located at the corner of Vendome at Del Monte in Silverlake, Los Angeles, we’ll be screening the film, along with some other bonus footage. No food trucks, to keep things neat. Bring a blanket. Alcohol not permitted.
